Hướng dẫn cách kích hoạt VoLTE trên Google Pixel tại Việt Nam cực dễ thực hiện để cùng tận hưởng cuộc gọi 4G chất lượng cao.

Vì sao bạn cần kích hoạt VoLTE?

VoLTE (Voice over LTE) là công nghệ cho phép thực hiện cuộc gọi thoại qua mạng 4G, mang lại chất lượng âm thanh tốt hơn, kết nối nhanh hơn và nhiều tính năng hiện đại hơn so với công nghệ gọi thoại truyền thống.

Với kế hoạch tắt sóng 2G và 3G tại Việt Nam, việc kích hoạt VoLTE trở nên vô cùng quan trọng. Nếu thiết bị của bạn không hỗ trợ VoLTE, bạn sẽ không thể thực hiện cuộc gọi sau khi mạng 2G và 3G bị tắt.

Một số lưu ý quan trọng

  • Trước hết, hướng dẫn này chỉ áp dụng cho các thiết bị Google Pixel sử dụng chipset Tensor (bắt đầu từ Pixel 6 trở lên).
  • Để thực hiện cuộc gọi trên mạng 4G, người dùng cần có SIM từ nhà mạng hỗ trợ VoLTE. Hiện tại, các nhà mạng lớn như Viettel và VinaPhone đã cung cấp dịch vụ này.
  • Do Google Pixel không được phân phối chính thức tại Việt Nam, nên cuộc gọi VoLTE có thể không ổn định hoặc gặp phải lỗi kỹ thuật.
  • Hướng dẫn dưới đây được thực hiện trên macOS, tuy nhiên với Windows, các bước thực hiện tương tự.

Chuẩn bị

Để kích hoạt VoLTE trên Google Pixel, bạn cần chuẩn bị:

  • Một thiết bị Google Pixel chạy chipset Tensor (từ Pixel 6 trở lên).
  • Máy tính chạy hệ điều hành Windows hoặc macOS đã  cài đặt Android Platform Tools. Người dùng có thể tải công cụ này từ trang web chính thức, sau đó giải nén trên  máy tính.
  • Một dây cáp hỗ trợ truyền dữ liệu (khuyên dùng loại USB-C to USB-C).

Các bước thực hiện

Bước 1: Hãy tải về và cài đặt hai ứng dụng Shizuku và Pixel IMS trên thiết bị di động.

Bước 2: Vào Settings > About phone > Nhấn vào mục Build Number nhiều lần là bạn sẽ vào được chế độ nhà phát triển.

Quay lại Settings > System > Chọn Developer options > Kéo xuống và bật tùy chọn USB Debugging (Chế độ Gỡ lỗi USB)

Bước 3: Kết nối điện thoại với máy tính, giải nén Android Platform Tools đã tải về trước đó. Mở ứng dụng Terminal trên máy tính, điều hướng tới thư mục đã giải nén và nhập lệnh sau:

./adb shell sh /sdcard/Android/data/moe.shizuku.privileged.api/start.sh

Sau khi lệnh chạy thành công, điện thoại sẽ hiển thị thông báo “Shizuku is running.”

Bước 4: Mở ứng dụng Pixel IMS trên điện thoại. Khi xuất hiện thông báo “Allow Pixel IMS to access Shizuku”, hãy chọn Cấp phép (Allow all the time).

Bước 5: Trong ứng dụng Pixel IMS, bật tùy chọn Enable VoLTE để kích hoạt tính năng VoLTE.

Bước 6: Để hoàn tất, hãy khởi động lại điện thoại. Sau đó, vào Cài đặt và bạn sẽ thấy tùy chọn VoLTE đã được thêm vào.
